(Alfalfa and/or Grass)
Water buckets filled. AND Stalls cleaned once per day.
Supplements will be fed if provided by the lessee.

MANAGED FULL CARE BOARD:
Box Stall - $250
Includes the above services PLUS blanketing/fly masks and un-blanketing/fly masks management of farrier services, vaccinations, de-worming and any other health and or care needed by the equine. Additional fees apply.
PASTURE BOARD:
$120/month (May – Sept.) $170/month (Oct.-April) per horse
Full use of all facilities.
The fields are irrigated during summer months and forage fed during winter months.
MANAGED PASTURE BOARD:
$135/month (May – Sept.) $185/month (Oct.-April) per horse

TRAINING:
Partial (3 days/wk) - add $250 to standard or managed full care stall board.
